SPREAD - Sharing Practices Rigorously, Easily Accelerates Delivery

As membership of SPREAD "surges" through the 1300-mark, we are pleased to report that the sister company, Relentless Pursuit of Perfection Ltd, has started a long-term Performance support contract in Malaysia.

We are providing two well-site coaches, who are assisting the Drilling Supv, Toolpusher and Service Co with enhanced levels of planning and learning. The first two wells have both come in considerably under AFE and the rig itself has rolled past a milestone safety achievement.

We've also been working with a client on final preparations for the start-up of a New-build Deepwater Rig; integrated Training x Drill-well-on-paper.

More recently, we have been approached to help clients build an Enabling Environment, that brings out the best in teams.

Don't be afraid to use the "P"-word .. performance. After all, we measure safety performance.
